How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2-3 days to process your order.
We ship our products through the well known courier company Royal Mail. Our products will be sent using the Signed For 2nd Class service which aims to deliver your items within 3 working day. A signature will be required at the point of receiving the delivery.This is a guide, please note during busy times and public holidays this may be slightly delayed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, American Express and Visa. Credit cards can be used however there is a small fee.
Do you accept refunds?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your product, we also want you to have a hassle free experience with us. Naturally we do not accept returns on order that have been used. Products must be unused, unopened in its original packaging. If you wish to return an item, please use the 'Contact Us' page on our website to notify us. You are required to notify us about your wish to receive a refund within 5 days of your item being delivered. Return shipping has to be covered by the costumer. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
If you have received a faulty item, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to notify us by using the 'Contact Us' page on our website.
My Item is damaged, what do I do?
Don't worry, we understand mishaps happen. In the event of an item being damaged upon receipt of the product, please use the 'Contact Us' page to notify us, we may ask you to send us a picture. We will arrange for a replacement or refund to be sent to you. You are required to notify us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Do you do exchanges?
We unfortunately do not offer an exchange service.
Do you do Giftcards?
Currently we do not but are looking into this for the future!
Where do you ship to?
We are a UK based brand, we currently only ship to select countries which will be clear during the checkout page. We are working on shipping worldwide
The item I want is out of stock?
We try our best to make sure products get restocked as quickly as possible. Make sure your subscribed to our mailing list so that you can be notified when items are back in stock.
